Lack of access refers to a form of bias that can be held by individuals because they never receive a certain information that can counter their initial view.
In political field, this can easily happen since all parties tend to make effort to misinterpret their opponents while making them look good at the same time. if all of our news or information is gotten through one single source only, we are an easy target for this type of bias.
