HaeIII is a 4-bp cutter which will (probable) make many small fragments of your plasmid. It is not suitable for linearizing a plasmid and create a recombinant DNA so it is not used for this puprpose
hope it helps

Answer and Explanation;

-HaeIII is unlikely to be used to create recombinant DNA because it only has four base pairs. This would result in many small plasmid fragments. HaeIII differs from the other enzymes because it is so short.

-It used to cut many small fragments of plasmid. It differs from others because the cuts do not have an overhanging piece like the others.
