If you need to write a number as a decimal, it means that you need to write is a an x divided by a power of 10.
you can use this formula:
[tex] \frac{2}{15} = \frac{x}{10} [/tex]

now let's multiply both sides by 10:
[tex] \frac{20}{15} = x [/tex]
and simplyfy:
(by dividing the first fraction's elements by 5)
[tex] \frac{4}{3} = x [/tex]

change improper fraction into a mixed number
[tex] 1\frac{1}{3} = x [/tex]

and 1 over 3 is 0.33333...

so the  answer is 1.333333 - we can also write it as 1.(3)
