Well the two countries i would sugedt are Cuba and Jamaica since she wants sun those two countries on the earth are mostly turned to the sun and if the axis of the sun changed them her country would have been 2nd hottest in the world so its best for the earth to not change. During the day these two country accept sun like no other and since the people there have a specific skin colour you might see the need the season dont really depend on the way the earth is but winter and summer would be most likely to change
