It would be about 3% I got this because you first had to multiply the results by the amount of stars they had so like 7*3 is 21 and so on if you did this to all the pairs you would get 56 now divide 56 by the amount of restaurants 7+5+3 which is 15 so 56 divided by 15 is about 3%
