National is most important because it involves the nation. The nation has millions of people and can effect us/them for years. The president is most likely going to make the national choices. Example: If he/she makes it a law for people to have a job after highschool it can effect in a good way or bad way. They can leave the country if they don’t think it’s right, but they might like the idea so there are more jobs availible for everyone no matter what age.
