It’s good to keep up with friends and stay in touch, but it’s also important to not spend too much time with them. It’s important to have balance and not constantly talk with your friend otherwise you won’t have time to bond with family, relax, do schoolwork, etc. Talking with friends for too long can interfere with the rest of your life.
If you meet up with your friends, it might be good for your mental health by having the human contact we are deprived of in quarantine, and connect with people you long to hang out with again. Unfortunately, this is very bad because since people can be asymptomatic, and you could catch the virus from one of your friends without even knowing. With this, you also put your entire family and pets in danger of getting the virus and everyone’s lives are put at risk.
