before i rode my bike, i felt energized...but after i rode my bike, i felt sore and tired..with no energy. and i learned that i worked hard..because i was tired at the end....and if i was not working hard then i would not be tired.

before I tried doing my math home work i was energised and awake. after doing math, i felt stressed and very tired. i also took many stress naps. Although i was stressed and felt overwhelmed i did my best. I even finished everything! if i hasn't tried, i would of been behind work. Since i did try, even if i was tired, i got into advanced classes! this is why you NEVER give up, even if you think you can't do it, you can!
