We can threaten using the military (though that's not very smart and to much work), carry acts out through the government that would help prevent cases of racial injustice. Basically, there really isn't a definite solution to problems like these, but there are ways to perhaps prevent it or limit it. Also, I forgot to mention, our leaders (president, etc) could speak out against it, start awareness for the people who are treated unjustly, and all that.
