Solution:
We know that,
∠A + ∠B = 180° [ co - interior angles]
⇒ 40° + ∠B = 180°
⇒ ∠B = 180° - 40°
⇒ ∠B = 140°
∠B = ∠D = 140° [ Opposite angles of a parallelogram ]
Also, ∠A = ∠C = 40° [ Opposite angles of a parallelogram ]
