In the fourth stanza of "I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings"-- What ideas are represented?
The free bird thinks of another breeze
and the trade winds soft through the sighing trees
and the fat worms waiting on a dawn bright lawn
and he names the sky his own
A. Peace and Tranquility
B. Poverty and Suffering
C. Wealth and Privilege
D. Pride and Justice
It is correct on my test. Also, the free bird has so much already but wants even more. He has many large worms and claims the sky as his own, which unprivileged birds wouldn't do.
