Respuesta :

Answer: C

It is not A because it is not answering what the question is asking.

It's not B "He used secret police to censor the press." (i know because i tried it and got it wrong)

It is not C "He ordered the massacre of approximately 20,000 Haitains." this make sense because it is wrong to kill people and he most likely did this to stay in power.

It is  not D "He was nicknamed "Chapita," which means "bottle cap."" This is used as a distractor the question ask because that makes no sense and does not answer what the question is asking
