One week a student exercised 2 hours at school and another 1/4 of an hour at home. If 1/5 of the students total exercise came from playing soccer, how much time did the student spend playing soccer that week? I’m terrible at fractions it wants the answer in hours and to not include units in this answer.

27 minutes is your total of him playing soccer. i got this by getting the minutes  from the total time, so 135 and I divided it by 5 and got 27 or you could even know that  1/5 of an hour is 12 and multiply that by 12 and 1/5 of 15 is 3 so it equals 27 minutes!
