My answers:

2) Once, I *FORGOT* to switch off my phone when I was at the Cinema.

3) I don’t have very much work experience, but I *HAVE BEEN* in charge of a small town.

4) I *GOT* some useful work experience last year.

5) I *STUDIED* hard this year, so I hope I can pass my exams.

7) I *HAVE WORKED* for more than three organizations.

8) I *KNEW* what career I wanted when I was a child.
