Emotional events that lead to stress can be all of the above. Stress is caused by abnormal situations that are generally negative. Typically adapting to a new job or losing said job would qualify, losing a loved one whether it be through a divorce or death will almost ALWAYS qualify, and generally drugs/alcohol stress yourself out due to the cost and the image you provide to your family.
