When you are looking at the number underlined, look at the number beside it. Which in this case, is seven. Then you think of this rhyme I learned when I was in third grade: four or less, you let it rest. Five or more, raise the score. What it basically means is that if the number next to it is four or less, the seven would change to a zero. But in this case, the number is higher than five, so you would make eight go up one more.
