Depression can be for a reason, but sometimes it's not.

Depression a lot of time is a struggle, you can't just get rid of it, but here are somethings that can help, add me as a friend and I can talk to you more about it if you want. I'm here :)

1. Spend at least an hour outside in the sun a day

2. Write down what your feeling and why your feeling that way

3. Make a happiness jar, everytime something happy happens, can be the smallest thing, put it in the jar, it helps you appreicate things

4. Exercise, it increases the endorphins in your brain that brings you happiness

5. Take a day and really truly think what you want in life, realisticly, and then set up a plan to get it

6. Cry, it's ok to cry, let go of your emotions and know things will work out in the end

7. Let go of other people's opinions, easier said then done, I know.

If it's your parents, know, they are not you, and no matter how much they say they know better than you, they are not you, you are your own person you know the best about you for you,

You are the one that has to live with your decisions so no matter what other people think you should do with your life, you know the best, remember that, nobody knows who you truly are so let go of what people think because they are wrong.

If it's random people know that people are selfish and self centered and 99 percent of the time people are thinking about themselves and don't give a care in the world for someone else (harsh but true)

Just live your life because when your older you can't do the things you can do now

you create your future, it's not set, it's not destined, you are your worst critique so take it one step at a time and get what you want

You don't have to feel like it, you'll never feel like it, you just have to do it
