- Continuous monitoring and controlling the implementation of plans
- Summarize the complete project which includes financial and non-financial aspect of the project. Also add what we learnt from the project and things to reform in future.
Kindly not that there can be significant changes to implementation of plan and this will also affect the control structure. Furthermore investigation and team work is essential to achieve combined objectives so I will also focus in these basic things.
