Molecules are made up of atoms. Atoms are the building blocks of molecules
As such, comparing both on the basis of similarities and differences looks like the comparison of house with walls of a house
A house requires some number of walls and specific arrangements of walls.
Similarly a molecule requires number of atoms and the arrangements of atoms.
Atoms and molecules both are neutrals.
Some atoms are stable like Helium etc. and mostly molecules are also stable
Both atoms and molecules react with each other and other molecules and atoms.
An Atom is electrically neutral but molecule is not electrically neutral
Structurally, they are rather different. It’s somewhat hard to compare and contrast them.
