My opthmoogist did a laser scan on my option nerve and Medicare said it wasn't necessary and they billed me $220. I signed a paper to pay what my insurance didn't pay, but said nothing about unnessary prcedures to me. Would I be liable to pay for what I didn't know I had a unnessary prcedures done.
