Which way should you turn your wheels when parking uphill along a
curb? Which way should you turn them where there is not a curb? Which
way should you turn them if parking downhill?

You should turn your wheels away (left) from the curb when parking uphill. If there is not a curb, always turn your wheels to the right, that way if your vehicle moves, it moves off the road away from traffic. And,  If parking downhill, turn your wheel towards the curb.
