The formation of the USA as a country was not easy. Besides having to fight to get rid of British domination, the Americans, once independent, started a series of debates about what would be the best way to govern the country, maintaining justice, freedom and the nationalist position that would guarantee that the country become big and strong.
After many conversations it was decided that the United States would have a government based on federalism, where a central government would be established, divided into three spheres, where each sphere would complement the other and still inspect each other's work.
This did not please at all, as a group of anti-federalists revoked that decision, claiming that it took away the power and position of states within their own territories, in addition to providing a lot of power to the president of the republic who could abuse and act like a King.
