2. A boy had to travel a distance of 12 kilometers on his bicycle. He stopped to rest after 4
kilometers. He stopped to have lunch after another 3 kilometers. How far did he still he still have to go?

This is a simple addition/subtraction question question

4+3 = 7 km 12-7 = 4 therefore he still has 4 km to go

12 total

4+3=7

12-7=5

5km left
