The answer is A because he had some serious fire power

The US invaded Iraq in 2003 with the objective to end Saddam Hussein's support for terrorism, and to free the Iraqi people, hence the option A is Correct.

The Political Scholars have different views on the reasons and objectives of US invasion of Iraq. For some it was because US does not wanted to lose the control over lucrative oil supply from the Middle East.

For other scholars it is because of the politics of hegemony over Middle East  as Saddam Hussein was against US policies, hence US does not wanted him to get more stronger.
