Answer:
A condyloid joint is a joint that allows bones to move up and down and side to side to some extent as it is oval in shape so one bone joints in another bone's cavity so there is no rotation possible.
If gliding takes place against two flat bones with ligaments and found between bones present at a flat surface which allows only gliding movement on one another known as gliding joint.
Both types of joints are present in the wrist.
Answer :
Gliding Joints are found between bones that meet at flat or mostly flat surfaces. They allow for gliding movement of the bones past each other.
Condyloid joints allow for two planes of movement in flexion, extension, adduction, abduction, and/circumduction. These generally follow a convex/concave relationship between the bones that are joined via this joint.
You can find both types in the wrist.
