Suppose your friend has an irrational desire, such as being in a relationship with someone who is actively abusing them psychologically and sometimes physically, should you try to convince them to leave that person? Answer: Of course you should tell them It’s wrong! They have to be confident and secure about them selves and not let someone else tell them what you want them to think about themselves! It’s not healthy for anyone! They need to stand up for themselves because noone should ever go through that.
