As of 8:15 a.m., just over 8,000 ballots were left to count, and about 8,900 overseas and military ballots that had not yet been returned. Georgia’s secretary of state said Friday that there will be a recount given the tight margin.
Pennsylvania: Biden led by about 13,000 votes in the count in Pennsylvania as of 1:24 p.m., with just under 112,000 mail ballots left to count, according to the secretary of state’s website.
Arizona: Biden’s lead in the vote count stands at about 41,000 votes as of about 2:20 p.m. Eastern time Friday. Maricopa County, the state’s largest, plans to update its count again at 9 p.m. Eastern time.
