Participation is a prominent method in teaching children the value of team work. It instills the appreciation of an experience. In our society it take collaborative effort to thrive in all areas: work,school, or even family. We teach the youth that success is also acquired through cooperative thinking and working with others.
Notwithstanding recognizing their exertion, interest prizes or authentications, advise them that they were essential for a group. It will be difficult to go far in "this present reality" without getting collaboration. Cooperation grants start to ingrain the thought in a kid's brain that working with a unit can prompt achievement. Does achievement consistently mean coming in first?
