Give me a reason for how and why an individual may become alienated from family (basically think up an example or scenario)

when your family doenst understand what you’re going through mentally &’ it’s emotionally draining to explain to them how you feel so you just put on a happy face &’ isolate yourself because it’s hard to tell them how you actually feel.
