25. The accused has the right to be judged b a jury of 12 unbiased persons and must
be completely informed of all existing rights. One of those is the right to confront
face to face those who testify against him. Why do you think the accused has this
right?

That way if it someone they have never met they can use that in their defense and if they do know this person and they know that person is holding a grudge or purposely trying to ruin their reputation the defense can object
