I would be unable to run forever without my muscles giving out is as a result
of stress , shortage of glucose and build-up of lactic acid.
When activities are performed by muscle tissues , the glucose is usually
converted to energy with the release of lactic acid.
The shortage of glucose and build up of lactic acid brings about fatigue and
wearing out of the tissues thereby making us unable to run forever.
