Depends how many friends she has. Whatever that number may be, divide it by both 30 and 45 to have the same number per friend. If you get a decimal or fraction then round down to the nearest whole number
Example: 10 friends
30/10= 3 so 3 snack bars
45/10=4.5 so 4 juice boxes
