How can you maintain a reasonable level of fitness as you get older? Is there a point at which fitness becomes irrelevant because of age? Justify your response.

You can maintain a reasonable level of fitness simply by working out for 30 minutes a day. This doesn't have to be at the gym and any sport activity counts. I feel that there is no age in which exercise is irrelevant. If you play sports in high school, college, or even recreational , then that's excellent.!

You can maintain a good level of fitness when you are older by following the following recommendations:

1) The warm-ups should last longer

2) The progression will be from low to moderate

3) Weight should not be used for people with arthritis problems

4) The number of repetitions should be limited for certain muscle groups and in the shoulder and knee joints.

In general, physical activity is very important for all ages because It always offers both physical and emotional benefits.
