Headings in a resume must have the following contents (in order):
1. Your Name
- This is the most important part of a resume. This should be the largest font of your resume, a font slightly larger than the body. It could be bold, italicized or both.
2. Your Address
- This gives an idea to the employers of how far you are from the company vicinity. They might consider the distance and travel time you might incur.
3. Your Phone Number
- This is a must when submitting a resume since companies call or text you for an interview later, or they might just contact you for more opportunities.
4.Your E-mail Address
- Invitations, interviews and important messages might be sent to your email address if the company prefers to communicate with you via phone.
5. Your Web Address
- It is good practice to include your web address or any link related to the company's field or nature of business. It will give them an idea of how and why you are interested in working with them.
6. Your Social Media Account
-Any business related accounts such as LinkedIn could be placed in your heading so to provide the company an access to the gallery of your professionalism. They might be interested to view the things you have done as a professional.
