It is implied from the given conditions that

Unmarried employees = 45

Unmarried employees that work full time = 30

Part time working employees = 25

Unmarried employees that work part time = 15

Married employees that work part time = 10

Thus

The probability of a part time employee = 25/85

The probability of an unmarried employee = 45/85

Hence probability that an employee works part time or is not married = (25/85) + (45/85)

= (25 + 45) / 85

= 70 / 85
