    The things that I would is do something that you love because no one should be feeling that way at all. So u can always draw sing listen to music or just write something telling your self of how you feel. If you have some one you can trust talk to them about how you feel, because telling some one of how you feel then the you will feel less depressed and you need some one to say that you very beautiful or you handsome just the way you are... So all ways think positive or turn that negative into a positive...
