Gonorrhea is one of those sexually transmitted diseases that can go undetected because the symptoms are either very mild or there are no symptoms so it can go under the radar. The same goes for Chlamydia. Gonorrhea can be misdiagnosed as something else and by the time it is detected it can sometimes be too late and the infection has spread and done a lot of damage.
