or


5×(3+(-2))

5×3+5×(-2)

15+(-10)=15-10=5
5 x (3 + ( -2) )
The first thing you are going to do is the numbers within the parentheses. 
3 + -2 
Since the positive number (3) is higher than the negative number (-2) it will come out to be a positive number. 

And since the two is negative... Flip the addition to subtraction to make it a little easier. Take away the negative sign so the equation looks like this: 3-2=1
THAT'S JUST TO GET THE ANSWER.... Continue the equation and it should look like this;
3+-2= +1 
Now you have 5x(1) 
Multiply and you get 5. (:
