If an example is what you need i'll try my best to help. Say for example, you're sitting in class and you're doing a group project and you want your best friend to do it with you but (s)he thought you had meant that you wanted to do it with someone else, because of poor body or facial language.

Does this help at all?...

Answer:

A time in which I had a message difficulty was when I was studying a very diicult concept and tried to tell my teacher what I understood about it but because I didn't know enough about it and was in a very specific niche of the technical psychological language I didn't know key words to express what I was trying to say.

Explanation:

First of all the message I tried to provide was very difficult for me to transmit because I didn't know the proper language to express what I wanted to say. Then, because I was unable to formulate the idea and the language required to express that idea I had two major failures to transmit my message. However, after reading all I could about the topic I could finally understand the concept and then finally use the proper language to formulate my message. In this case, I don't picture a language translation example but a lack of language to express something in my language. So even though it was a language problem, not all require an unknown language or foreign tongue but can also be a technique language problem.
