Respuesta :

Answer:

First Stage - System Screening

Second Stage - Prescreen interview

Third Stage - Interview with Hiring Manager

Explanation:

The three different stages someone's resume goes through when submitting to the employer are as follows:

First Stage - System Screening

In the first stage, every resume goes through a system screening. This is to filter candidates according to a specific criteria. Every employer receives many resumes for a single job post and they don't have the time to review them all.

Therefore, the system is given key phrase like time of experience or what industry experience a candidate should have such as banking or Software house. In such case the system will eliminate any resumes not including the key phrases, reducing the number of resumes at the initial stage.

Second Stage - Prescreen Interview

At this stage most of the irrelevant resumes have been rejected and now it requires Human intervention to proceed further with the screening process. This can be done either through phone call, email, in-person interview or any other form of online communication.

During this process the company gets an idea of the candidates capabilities, confirms the accuracy of information provided on resume, any issues such as salary expectations, relocation desire, job travelling or any other point that could become a reason to reject the candidate. This is to narrow down the search result of the recruiter.

Third Stage - Interview with Hiring Manager

Finally, if the resumes passes the first two stages that it would likely be sent to the hiring manager or any other person charged with the decision to hire the candidate. The resumes are provided in the interview sections for the key hiring manager in order to begin the final interview process.

Answer:
