BUT
here is what I know, the equations are missing function names, like SUM, MAX, MIN, etc.
to find a value of an individual cell you can browse for the cell in the top left corner, there should be a small empty rectangle, and insert the cell name.
Unfortunately, I don't remember much since I don't have excel at the moment but the Microsoft Excel Help Page sure helped me when I needed it!
