HELP ME PLEASE BRAINLIEST ANSWER
When looking at a real world problem about proportional and non-proportional functions, how can you tell when the function will be non-proportional?
A.) non-proportional problems only have unit rates
B.)non-proportional functions have a starting value that is not zero
C.)non-proportional and proportional functions are the same thing
D.)non-proportional functions don't have a slope
I'm not really 100% sure this is a weird question but I would assume D because if something is not proportional or doesn't conform to an equation, it has no slope
