In order to find the reciprocal of a number, we should flop it over.
In order to find the reciprocal of a fraction, then the numerator & denominator switch places.
Kindly consult the following formula for more details:-

[tex]\sf{The~reciprocal~of~\displaystyle\frac{a}{b} ~is~\frac{b}{a}}[/tex]
According to the formula, the reciprocals are;-
[tex]\sf{Reciprocal \ of \ 18:-{\boxed{\displaystyle\frac{1}{18}}}[/tex]
[tex]\sf{Reciprocal~of~\displaystyle\frac{2}{3}:- {\boxed{\frac{3}{2}}[/tex]
