I would say that it's a good idea but for some people it isn't. Holidays should always be spent with family and friends, if somebody wanted to join a class on a holiday, they'd have to talk with the teachers for that. Who knows if they have anything going on either. Although is the teacher does end up wanting to, then maybe make it optional for students, instead maybe do it on break around the holiday but not on it. Because i'm pretty sure schools aren't supposed to make students work on holidays.
