Answer:
I think that graphic novels are one of the best ways to teach classic literature. It helps you understand the text and visualize it. On the first page of the graphic novel we read today, the men were clearly exhausted, and if you are not able to recognize the "language" of classic literature, you would not know that while reading the real book. Additionally, the description is shorter since the message is illustrated. I could see the tree branch break off in the graphic novel rather than reading a complex paragraph about it. However, you do not really get to hear the speaker's voice sometimes in graphic novels since it is broken down. Although it was not a graphic novel, in the 6th grade we had to do a play about Thor and it really helped us understand it.
