Can someone tell me whether the following phrases are in the passive or active voice?
1. "The progression of racial equality in society"
2. "Filmmakers attempt to create films"
3. "A film must show a BIPOC"

The homeowner retrieved the mail.

When you use passive voice, you need to wait til the end of the sentence to find out who's doing the action.

So, I believe all of the phrases are in the Active voice, but, if I am incorrect, correct me please. I'm sure this should be right.
