True? Tolerance is how off you can be from a measurement and the product still functions as normal like if you are building something and it has to be 14’ 1/4” long and the tolerance is 1/16” which is a common tolerance. It could be either 14’ 3/16” or 14’ 5/16” and still be good. hopefully that makes sense
