All of these listed would be common safety practices that are used in healthcare facilities. Washing hands is a required things for all healthcare workers. Patients are required, normally, to wait in designated areas, ie. waiting rooms. Reading warning signs might not be used in every healthcare facility but I would assume that it is used in most healthcare facilities. Lastly, wearing personal protective equipment is a requirement for every healthcare facility that I can think of, ie. gloves, masks, and other things that are used during surgeries and such.
