The three colors that I would choose personally would be orange, purple, and a mustard yellow. It creates a darker feel, with some cold tones but also with those nice bright warm tones as well.

Some other jobs that require specific tools are deep sea divers! They have to have special bodysuits and fins to swim faster and go deeper. They also have an O2 tank, which helps them breathe underwater.

Some rules you should have to keep things running smoothly is no running, thats very important because someone might get hurt. Another rule is no plagiarism. This is super important because someone took their time to make that piece and then you steal it from them! The last rule is to clean up your area. When we create art, we shouldn't leave our paint and brushes out for others to clean up when WE made the mess.

I would depend more on the tone and feeling of the piece, the mood you're going for. If its a happy kind of piece, I would depend on brighter and more warmer tones. If you were going for a darker piece, like an alleyway, I would depend more on darker tones and colder feelings.
