John is making 40 pies and he needs 1.5 cups of flour for each pie. If he buys bags of flour with 10 cups of flour on each bag. How many bags total will he need to make 40 pies?

Since each pie requires 1.5 cups of flour,
then 40 pies required 60 bags of flour (40 times 1.5 )
After that we divide 60 by 10 ( ten is the number of cups of flour in each bag ) then we get 6 bags of flour
Thus, to make 40 pies we need 6 bags of flour
